Hi Even,
Change is most welcomed, especially for WFS/GML.
Would there also be changes required to the CSV driver given the new EMPTY_STRING_AS_NULL GDAL 2.1 open option?
Cheers,
Jeremy

Hi,
I've prepared a new RFC regarding the handling of null values in OGR.

No implementation proposed yet at this stage. I want to check if the proposed design choices make sense.
