[gdal-dev] DXF dimension objects are interpreted wrong

Hi Nikolai,
This issue looks to be addressed in a pull request I currently have
open (https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/257). Non-orthogonal
dimensions are rendered at the correct angle.
