That's implies that we want to switch bugtracking to github. There never was
consensus about that and we decided to stick with redmine. We just upgrade and
moved it to a non-osgeo machine to fix the performance issues we experienced on
the osgeo-vm it was running on.
That redmine doesn't integrate as well with gh as it's native issues to me is
more a problem of the non-free nature of gh than anything else. I guess using
separate counters and prefixes for issues and pull requests wouldn't be too
difficult to do.
