[gdal-dev] Support for reading IFC files?

Over at

I asked if anyone was working on adding support for reading IFC files in
QGIS and it was suggested to me that I should ask the GDAL/OGR forum. Are
there any plans on adding that to GDAL/OGR? It would be great to be able to
render BIM data together with my geodata in QGIS.
