[gdal-dev] Error of reading data stored on NFS

$ gdal_translate
/scratch/abel/UPM000_PILO00/DATA_SOURCES/raw_data/IMG_rebrotes_Guaviyu_191218.tif

If copy this file to local directory and do the same command all works
without problem.

Does it mean that file is broken or it can be problem of misconfigured NFS?
