How to send the parameter "--config GDAL_TIFF_INTERNAL_MASK YES" as option to
the method Gdal.wrapper_GDALTranslate.

There is an exception if I split it as follows:

"--config GDAL_TIFF_INTERNAL_MASK YES"
or
"--config", "GDAL_TIFF_INTERNAL_MASK YES"
or
"--config", "GDAL_TIFF_INTERNAL_MASK", "YES"
