[gdal-dev] GDAL Docker images

This is great, thanks Even. 

Because I’m mostly working with AWS Lambda, I might open a PR to add a CENTOS based image (ref: https://github.com/RemotePixel/amazonlinux-gdal <https://github.com/RemotePixel/amazonlinux-gdal>) if this is ok ;-)
