[gdal-dev] gdal data files

Hello,

The gdal-2.0.2\data folder contain 58 files and we are attempting to determine which files must be included in installer. Does GDAL contain any documentation that shows relationship between a driver and files in data folder? Some of the files contain a helpful header but it is tedious reading all these files 😊
