[gdal-dev] Deprecation and removal ideas

Hi,

We keep adding features, but there are certainly a few good candidates for 
future removal

I've initiated with my ideas:

(I didn't include in it the imminent removal of the GFT driver per
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/issues/2050 which logically follows server-side 
policy. We had a similar occurence with the GME driver)
