[gdal-dev] question about the upgrade of xerces and expat

Hi,

is there in plan to upgrade to new versions of xerces (3.2.2) and expat (2.2.9) libraries soon?
GDAL 3.0.4 version contains, for example, expat version 2.0.1 and in the meantime various changes and security fixes happened (link to the release notes: https://libexpat.github.io/<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/libexpat.github.io/__;!!Oq50-tQ!74aCLByjjiJ8KhRN2vEAwqyJa8lS-WqQv-fEX2RG3hd2SDxLMaYDs6EtSYH61GN2$>). Also for xerces.
