[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 3.0.4 is released

Hi,

On behalf of the GDAL/OGR development team, I am pleased to announce the 
release of the GDAL/OGR 3.0.4 bug fix version. This adds 11 bug fixes on top 
of 3.0.3.

In particular, upgrading to this release is strongly recommended for people
creating GeoTIFF files in EPSG:3857 / WebMercator projection, and who used
previous 3.0.x releases.
