This service exposes 2 WMS layers, which are reported as 2 GDAL subdatasets by 
the top-level GDAL dataset. So you need to open then the dataset names pointed 
by SUBDATASET_1_NAME or SUBDATASET_2_NAME to get datasets with raster content.
