[gdal-dev] GDAL 3.1 schedule

Hi,

We didn't discuss GDAL 3.1.0 schedule yet. If we want to keep on our usual 
yearly cycle for feature version, we should release 3.1.0 around beginning of 
May. This cycle has been mostly consolidating without anything significantly 
breaking (OGR SQL 'LIKE' becoming case sensitive being the only listed 
backward incompatible change), so I'd be in favor to go directly for a release 
candidate.
Let's say on April 27th ?
