[gdal-dev] Wiki page with current maintainers per sub-system

It is a bit worrying to see the C# bings with no maintainer since I have a
project that is totally dependent on them.

I would put my name there but I know approximately nothing about SWIG. I
would be willing to do this jointly, as a supporter etc.
