[gdal-dev] exportToPrettyWkt and simplify

A 3d srs would have to be demoted to 2d first before exporting to wkt1, correct?

sr.SetFromUserInput("epsg:4979")
sr.ExportToWkt(['FORMAT=WKT1_SIMPLE'])

RuntimeError: PROJ: proj_as_wkt: WKT1 does not support Geographic 3D CRS.
