[gdal-dev] COG overviews and SPARSE_OK

Hi all

I know how SPARSE_OK=TRUE option works in a GeoTIFF. My question is if it
is also applied in the Overviews of the COG.
In case it does not, an image of a river (linear structure) can be small in
the "main" resolution because there is a lot of sparse area, but then the
overviews can be really big (if not compressed).
