[gdal-dev] Idrisi driver in GDAL v3.3.1

Hi Even,

Cylindrical equal area support was added in IDRISI driver, and the code was merged on April 27. But we still don't see the update in GDAL v3.3.1. Just wondering when it's available in GDAL official release. Thank you very much.
