[gdal-dev] Simple features/sql-mm and bezier/elliptical curves

Hello,

ISO SQL/MM has chapters for NURBS and other magical geometry types. The
text is unfortunately not free - I'd love us to have a copy for the PostGIS
team at least. Last time I was touching that topic was around 2019 when I
wanted to make TINs somewhat more compatible.

OGC has a very limited subset, and sometimes may contradict ISO.
