[gdal-dev] Does gdal_translate support Parallel?

Hi,

Does gdal_translate support Parallel? Like gdalwarp?

I read the guidelines, but not mentioned.

If it supports, how to write the code. This is my example:
gdal_translate -of GTiff
HDF4_EOS:EOS_GRID:"MOD11A2.A2014001.h11v03.061.2021318005350.hdf":MODIS_Grid_8Day_1km_LST:LST_Day_1km
test.tif
