[gdal-dev] CMAKE [ 89%] Built target gcore_mdreader *** target pattern contains no '%'

In some circumstances, stale CMake cache variables of previous failed 
builds remain, and make it hard to do new builds even after having 
correcting the error. You can solve this by removing CMakeCache.txt to 
have a clean cmake run.
