[gdal-dev] filelock Python dependency now required for Python autotest [was Re: Segmentation fault while compiling]

The issue mentioned below is solved per 
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/7257. The solution requires the 
"filelock" Python module to be installed. It has been added to the list 
in autotest/requirements.txt
