* GDAL 3.9.2 release
* Addition of a 'spelling' target for GDAL documentation and fix of a number of spellings issues, and initiating an allow list with the rest of unknown terms.
* Update of PROJ database to EPSG 11.015
* ~50 tickets and pull requests triaging/review/fixing
* With agreement with Dan, switch of GDAL documentation postponed post August 26th
