[gdal-dev] Slide for OSGeo AGM 2024

Hi Cainã,

thanks for proposing yourself! Well, the message is mostly what there is 
on the slide, as the format of the AGM (at least as it used to be) is 
typically one minute per project. Perhaps have some quick words on the 
user survey. We will for sure share some conclusions on this list once 
it's over.
