[gdal-dev] Motion: Renew Even Rouault GDAL Maintainer Contract

Declaring this motion passed with +1s from Sean, Jukka, Daniel, Javier, Kurt, and Howard. We technically needed the contract active to pay Even's previous invoice so I am fast-tracking the vote as it appears non-controversial ;)

A key feature that led to the creation of the GDAL Sponsorship Program is to have resources specifically for the situation for when/if Even decides it is time to step back from his current role. He shouldn't have to feel chained to any desk or the project – that leads to burn out. Even though Even is our hero, we don't want him to feel trapped here.
