[gdal-dev] Call for review: RFC-110 Just-In-Time (JIT) compilation of expressions

Hi,

Given feedback and doubts about its current usefulness vs added 
complexity, I'mchanging the status of the RFC to "on hold". We'll see if 
we need to re-activate it at a later point.
