[gdal-dev] Issue with deployment of Java bindings of GDAL 3.12.0 to central.sonatype.com

Just a guess, but https://stackoverflow.com/a/79733755 and https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-upload/ make it sound like you're not supposed to upload a jar there.
