[gdal-dev] Support the GDAL Sponsorship Program with a new t-shirt!

At the Cloud Native Geospatial Forum last spring, Lindsey Nield from EarthMover said "Every new geospatial tool is just GDAL in a trench coat". Maybe that's not universally true, but many geospatial things certainly have GDAL quietly operating in the background. With the help of Paul Lange of paulsartbarn.com, we adapted Lindsey's graphic into another GDAL t-shirt variant whose profits (about $8/per) go to project fundraising via NumFOCUS.
