[gdal-dev] podofo 1.0.2 ships with Fedora 43, breaks source builds

Hi Roger,

thanks for the report. This will be fixed per 
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/13308 . Too late for 3.11.5 but will 
make it into 3.12.0RC1 planned for next week
