Dear GDAL Developers,
Native integration of the *DSDK* would allow GDAL to *decode MrSID files
out-of-the-box*, while fully respecting the decode-only licensing
restrictions. This would simplify workflows and improve accessibility for
users who rely on MrSID data.
I am happy to provide guidance or assistance with build integration and
testing on Windows and Linux platforms to ensure a smooth implementation.
Thank you for considering this proposal. I look forward to your feedback.
