I found the classification it offers is quite good. "High" priority 
remarks are almost always genuine bugs and need to be taken into account 
one way or other (fixing most of the time, or adding a solid code 
comment to justify why suspect looking code is actually fine). Medium 
maybe 50% 50%. And Low priority are often a matter of taste / nice to 
have but not end of the world if not addressed. Reviewers and submitters 
should have that in mind when helping the PR move forward.
