Looks good to me. My only suggestion is maybe we want some automated comments driven by assigning labels to help us manage and post standard responses on all this kind of content we seem to be getting.

GitHub does not seem willing to allow repositories to ban direct use of Copilot in them. If it continues, the only workable solution will be for public repositories like GDAL to only allow activity from known people or migrate away from it.
