It looks pretty good to me.

One comment:

What about an AI that autonomously finds bugs that trigger sanitizers that
are verifiable like OSS Fuzz does?

Because I had to... I asked Gemini to review the proposal and I did it 3
ways plus the last time I ask for a general community overview. I ran out
of steam reading the responses half way through the 4th iteration.
