[gdal-dev] Re-organizing source tree regarding drivers?

I prefer having three directories. It makes more clear their behaviour and
what they should support. A driver in `raster` directory doesn't have to
worry about vector problems and vice versa.
For mixed... well it is clear that has to deal with both.
