[gdal-dev] PAM_ENABLED check in GDALVersionInfo()

Hi,
GDALVersionInfo() in gcore/gdal_misc.cpp checks `#ifdef PAM_ENABLED`
but I don't think it ever sees it since there is not a corresponding
`target_compile_definitions(gcore_gdal_misc PRIVATE -DPAM_ENABLED)` in
gcore/CMakeLists.txt.

Is that true? And is it still relevant anyway?
