Looks as all going right... I can't realize whats wrong. Try to set<br>
environmental variable CPL_DEBUG=ON before gdal_translate. It will<br>
enable additional debug output. And gdalinfo results on requested<br>
subdataset (i.e.<br>
HDF4_SDS:MODIS_L1B:&quot;MOD021KM.A2003169.1845.004.2003170123719.hdf&quot;:2)<br>
will be good as well.<br>
