thanks for the hint.<br>
I edited my GDALmake.opt to BINDINGS = python. It looks like, I´m
getting a little further, but unfortunately build
failed again.<br>
The error message reads:<br>

then added the --with-ngpython line to my configure
statement which also gives a BINDINGS = python in the GDALmake.opt, and
also tried the --with-perl option. Unfortunately no success either.</font></font><br>

That´s how my configure statement looks like:<br>
