<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I am having trouble compiling:<B> gdal-1.4.2 with ODBC on Solaris (sparc) </B></FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">If I do a simple:</FONT><B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> ./configure, make, make install</FONT></B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">, I am able to install GDAL easily.</FONT><B> </B>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">But I need GDAL with ODBC support.</FONT><B></B>

<P><B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">1. I got the unixODBC package here:</FONT></B>
