the EPSG code and the only difference between mine and yours was that I
had +units=m and you had +to_meter=0.3048006096012192. I think that
my EPSG code is correct since my below email had the Linear Unit =
Meter and +to_meter=0.3048006096012192 would mean the units was feet.<br>
