Hi Andy,<br>I think it's the first time that the whole <a href="http://java.net">java.net</a> is down. (Unluckily, our ImageI/O-Ext project is hosted there).<br>Looking for info on IRC and Twitter [1], I have found that the cooling system on their data center is down.<br>
Then they have turned off all the sites :(<br>I hope it will be back soon. In the meantime, if you are in hurry and you quickly need the native libraries, I can provide them to you.<br><br>Please, let me know.<br>Best Regards,<br>

</div>Those binaries have not been produced by the GDAL project, but by the Image I/O<br>
Ext project instead. So it's better to ask to them. But I believe the latest<br>
release of Image I/O Ext has upgrade to GDAL 1.7.3, so that might be better<br>
targetting that version instead of the older one that used GDAL 1.4.5 + patches<br>
