I have built it and quickly tested command line tools in action<br>
using Visual Studio 2010, two configurations :<br>
nmake /f <a href="http://makefile.vc" target="_blank">makefile.vc</a> MSVC_VER=1600<br>
nmake /f <a href="http://makefile.vc" target="_blank">makefile.vc</a> MSVC_VER=1600 DEBUG=1<br>
<br>
for both, WIN32 and WIN64.<br>
All works for me.<br>
