When I run gdal_contour with intervals, I get a ring of contours around the edge of the nodata area starting from the first interval above 0 to the minimum elevation of the DEM, plus more segments along the edge for higher levels that extend to the edge:<div><br></div><div><img id="f5bb2f78-8894-4723-8733-1306961bee99" height="52" width="150" apple-width="yes" apple-height="yes" src="cid:20BC6BA0-4DF7-4911-B312-A364DB0EC189"></div><div><br></div><div>Shouldn't gdal_contour just create contours that *stop* at nodata edges?
