Hello and good day.<div><br></div><div> I&#39;ve been trying to get GDAL compiled with GEOS static in Linux with the ./configure, but i&#39;ve seen in the config.log that it&#39;s checked against the *.so. Also i&#39;ve not found an option to static link GEOS as it can be with proj4. Can it be linked statically? and if it&#39;s affirmative how should I proceed?</div>
