<div>There are "open" libraries developed by Open Design Alliance (<a href="http://www.opendesign.com" target="_blank">http://www.opendesign.com</a>). They are not really open source, they disclose some information for developers and there are free (as in free beer) libraries and converters/viewers.</div>

I have to use  DGN v8  .OGR supports DGN v7 but not DGN v8 so  I was<br>
wondering if there is some way to extend OGR so that it can support the DGN<br>
v8 files. If not ,can anyone suggest some other library for DGN<br>
v8(preferably open source)<br>
