VRT Driver, and need using derived bands of VRT Datasets (linked in <A
href="http://www.gdal.org/gdal_vrttut.html">http://www.gdal.org/gdal_vrttut.html</A>).
Now I known it could be achieved in C++, but not achieved in C#(.Net) as the
classlib of GDAL in .NET dosen't contain class <SPAN
style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">GDALAddDerivedBandPixelFunc</SPAN>. Is this
function available in .NET and how to achieve?</o:p></SPAN><SPAN
