<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">- either the error message doesn't relate to ogrinfo, but rather ogr2ogr converting from OCI to sqlite. And I think that must be the case here given the "Unable to write feature..." message</p>
