Unfortunately when i try to add ubutugis, i always get the same message:<br>

Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~ubuntugis/ubuntu/ubuntugis-unstable'.<br>
ERROR: '~ubuntugis' user or team does not exist.<br>

i've searched online for solutions such as adding '-E' to the command line,<br>
but it hasn't worked so far<br>
