This code sprint in particular, will focus on the following standards: OGC API - Tiles, OGC API - Maps, Changesets API, Vector Tiles Extension to GeoPackage, Variable Width Tile Matrix, OGC Web Map Tile Service (WMTS). Some of these standards already have some support on GDAL, although they could benefit from testing/reviews/extensions.
