GDAL and PROJ depend upon ReadTheDocs for documentation generation and hosting. RTD does not charge for open source projects to host documentation. Projects can pay $60/yr to have ads removed, which we do, but we can do more.<br>

Given how important RTD is to our projects' operations, I would like to motion to for the GDAL Sponsorship Program to authorize up to $6000 USD / year of financial support for RTD by purchasing two annualized "Pro plan" subscriptions.<br>
