[OSGeodata] discovery requirements

I'd like to revitalize this discussion and point to my pages at
http://www.geometa.info/rappiinfo/wiki/index.php/OSGeodata . There, I noted
some examples of records of the metadaten model.

What I especially want to share is the OSGeodataMetadataModel which
conceptually differentiates between 'WPS' (= processing/filter services) or
'Protocol type' (for files and data access services).
