[OSGeodata] Missing topic !?

When you type long subject lines, the MTA (somewhere along the line)
will wrap them. What you're seeing is a line break inserted somewhere
along the line, casuing the subject to go out of view.

mutt shows these wrapped lines -- apparently some mail clients don't.
